This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is obtained by aging a mixture of cooked grapes must and wine vinegar for a more than three years in large wooden barrels.

Density: Medium density.

Flavor: Delicate fruity with a well balanced acidity at the end.

Pairing: It is excellent on steak, salads, tomatoes and fish.

Ingredients: Cooked Grape Must, Wine.

Company History:
Since 1891, generations of the Dodi family have carefully passed down their most precious heirloom: the highest quality wood casks for aging balsamic vinegar. Today, the company is synonymous with the Italian condiment.
