This wine is traditionally made with a quick squeeze of the grape, then soaked for two hours with the peels until the desired color is obtained. It is then fermented inside old wooden barrels for 40 days, undergoing the shading processes, then cooled and baked into a bright, clear pink hue. At the opening of the wine, an outbreak of strawberry, light herbs, rose petals and red grapefruit is highly noticeable, combining with a medium to full body and wood, and finishing with a pleasant, enduring sweetness.
