When whiskey gets put in a barrel, it is understood that angels take their share. Alcohol escapes the barrels and the angels capture it. Angels may take some of the alcohol, but what we are left with is a better beverage. When Lincoln Henderson is making it, you better believe, the angels are envious of us. This is aged for 4-6 years in American oak and then aged for 3-6 months in Port wine barrels. Each batch is personally hand selected by Mr. Henderson. A rich, yet structured and complex Bourbon.
