Freshly shucked local oysters set with a compound butter made with panko breadcrumbs, butter, miso paste, sugar and scallion
Cooking Instructions:
Broil – Place tray with oysters under broiler, ideally 10” away from heat source. Broil for 2 minutes.
Bake – Place tray with oysters in a pre-heated 400 degree oven, and cook for 6-7 minutes.
