Cream Filled Mozzarella. Burrata is a fresh cheese, made in the traditional style of the Italian pasta filata cheeses (including provolone and mozzarella). Burrata is unique in its design, with an outer purse of mozzarella, filled with mozzarella curds and cream, giving it a decadently soft texture. Our burrata is made locally and is delivered to us once or twice per week. Burrata is best served fresh, at room temperature, and makes a great addition to any antipasti plate.
