The Chinotto di Savona jam is produced with Chinotto di Savona (Slow Food Presidium) by the Parodi Alessandro Farm in Finale Ligure Borgo (SV), which has been growing quality fruit and vegetables since 1930, favoring above all "niche" products.
The prevalent cultivation is that of citrus fruits (pernambucco oranges, lemons, kumquats, etc.) and in particular of CHINOTTO DI SAVONA, which became a Slow Food Presidium in 2004.
