Crab Cake Mix, Frozen Pack (1/2lb)
Our famous crab cakes, in frozen form. Full of pasteurized lump crab meat w/ a touch of Dijon mustard, mayo, lemon, parsley, Old Bay seasoning & panko breadcrumbs.
Pan Sear: form 2 – 4oz patties with contents. Warm pan over medium heat with oil. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes, season with salt and lemon juice.
Oven Roast: form 2 – 4oz patties with contents. Preheat oven to 425. Cook crab cakes in ovenproof dish for 12– 14 min. season with salt and lemon juice.
