A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir sourced from distinctive and engaging vineyards from Santa Barbara County from three extraordinary grape growing sites: Rorick Vineyard high in the Sierra Foothills (56%), Rita’s Crown in coastal Santa Barbara (29%), and Alder Springs in cool Mendocino County (15%) This unique combination represents what Michael Cruse believes to be the future of California sparkling wine.
