Pilsner / New York / 4.8%
A dry-hopped foeder-aged Pilsner brewed with German "Floor-Malted" Pilsner, hopped in the kettle with Zuper Saaz and Hallertau Blanc, then gently dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria. Drowned Lands fermented this low and slow in one of their American oak foeders for just over a month, then they transferred it to stainless where they dry-hopped it and lagered it for another month. This beer is bone dry with a firm bitterness and bright carbonation. It has tasting notes of freshly sliced melon and cantaloupe, hand-plucked honeysuckle and white grape, subtle oak sweetness (think toasted marshmallow and vanilla), and a tall glass of lemon-lime seltzer.
