Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard
Léon Bouley founded the mustard mill that would become Edmund Fallot La Moutarderie in 1840, so we think it's safe to say they know their mustard! They use the same Dijon Mustard recipe now as they did in 1840. It is smooth with a touch of piquant that brightens any sandwich, dressing, braised meat, or roast chicken.
