Reheating Instructions: Chocolate Croissant:
1st Step – Preparation
Place on paper-lined baking tray to thaw during 15 minutes at room temperature.
2nd Step – Baking Time
Bake in preheated convection or rack oven for 15+/-2 minutes at 350˙F
Optional – for better result:
1st Step – Proofing
Proof at 75˙F, 80% humidity for 2 hr 45
2nd Step – Glazing
Glaze the product using a pastry brush to apply egg wash
3rd Step – Baking Time
Bake in preheated convection or rack oven at 350˙F for 15min +/-2.
