Littlenecks, a hard shell small quahog clam, is perfect to shuck and eat raw or to steam in white wine and toss with linguine. Also great for chowders and fish stews. Littlenecks are a seafood favorite typically eaten raw like an oyster. Great steamed in pasta dishes.
