The Koroneiki olive tree produces an oil with an herbal aroma and flavors of green banana and Macedonia fruit. Koroneiki has a long, lingering finish, a function of its high polyphenol content. Our Koroneiki’s bright fruity aroma, bitterness, and pungency are well balanced, with dominant notes of artichoke, black pepper, nettle, green banana, and green tea. Pairs well with Roasted lamb, roasted salmon, cucumbers, Hummus, and Feta cheese.
