Mustard Pommery Moutarde De Meaux - 100 Grams
Meaux, about 45 minutes outside of Paris, used to be a hotbed of mustard making. J.B Pommery joined the fray in 1760 when a monk from the ancient Meaux order gave him their mustard recipe, which itself dated back to 1632. Pommery's mustard graced tables of kings and queens who loved this classic condiment. It has a rustic, whole grain texture, and tastes pleasantly nutty, and a little spicy.
