Thaw frozen Octopus overnight in your refrigerator. Cut tentacles and stew them with any number of accompaniments - onions, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, fresh basil or oregano - until tender. We also recommend grilling them whole, brushed with seasoned olive oil.
