Pizza Dough (frozen) - 2 Pack
This is the same dough we use for our famous wood-fired pizzas! A mix of whole-wheat and all-purpose organic flour, olive oil, yeast, and salt. Slow fermented for 4 days. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight if possible. Bring to room temp for 20-30 mins. before rolling or hand-shaping. Top and bake in a hot oven.
