This seriously scrumptious cheddar comes to us from southern Iowa, where Milton Creamery founders Rufus and Jane Musser settled in the early 90’s with a dream to practice good agriculture and community stewardship through dairy farming. They founded the creamery in 2006, and began making cheese from the milk of neighboring small, family-owned dairy farms. Prairie Breeze is a (tasty!) embodiment of their Mennonite values of hard work, ingenuity, and simple living. A bite of Prairie Breeze is a mouthful of zippy, fruity flavors that are sharp, sweet, and endlessly satisfying. Trust us, you couldn’t ask for a more Raw cheddar.
