Red Snapper Fillet (Wild, USA)
This White Seabass is sold in fresh fillet form. White Seabass is known for its large size, mild, yet good flavor and firm texture. For a fun family dish, try grilling some seabass in some tin foil sprinkled some melted butter with some fresh olive oil, paprika, garlic & onion powder, lemon pepper, and freshly minced garlic. Grill for about 7-10 minutes on each side, or until meat easily flakes with a fork. Drizzle with some olive before serving!
