Bucatini is a thick spaghetti shape with a hole in the middle. Setaro's version has a slightly rough surface from the bronze dies used in production. That means sauces such as the classic bucatini all’amatriciano (pancetta, tomatoes, and parsley) cling to the pasta strands. It’s also great with meat or vegetable sauces. Cooking time is 13 minutes.
