Aromatic, lightly sparkling, and dry, this cider is a blend of apples from Sunrise Orchards in Vermont and Basque bittersweet apples. The native yeast fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the cider is aged for 3-6 months. This is a collaboration with Other Half Brewing Company, who added a generous amount of Citra and Motueka for dry-hopping.
