Vegetarian Peking Roast Duck
INGREDIENTS: Texture Wheat Protein, Non-GMO Soybean Protein, Whey Protein, Non-GMO Canola Oil, Water, Palm Oil, Hydroxypropyl Starch, Albumen Powder, Soybean Fiber, Mirin, Salt, Sugar, Seasoning (Glycine, DL-Alanine, Nucleotide Seasoning), Vegetarian Spice, Non-GMO Bean Curd Sheet, Caramel Syrup, Edible Color Red No.40. COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Sliced your desired amount of Peking roasted duck and diced vegetables (carrot, string beans, broccoli, pineapple etc.). Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the wok. Once the wok is hot, include vegetables and Peking roasted duck. Stir fry vegetables and Peking roasted duck together for 2 minutes then include rice (please have rice ready before preparation) and continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
