Brush meat or vegetables with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with the rub mix. Grill, roast or bake as desired. To use as a marinade, simply add to a little balsamic vinegar or wine. Great for jazzing up any sauce, soup or stew. Keep some on hand for a thousand uses.
