How to use:
1. Rinse Sea Moss /Irish Moss thoroughly to remove any sand / salt.
2. Soak the sea moss for at least 6 hours (or overnight) refrigeration not necessary.
3. Rinse Sea Moss/ Irish Moss once again
4. Blend Sea Moss /Irish moss and water until smooth/ gel texture
5. Pour into a glass Jar
6. Store into the refrigerator until ready to use (2-3 weeks refrigerated)
7. Sea Moss/Irish Moss can also be frozen for use at a later time (3 months frozen)
