Bien Cuit pays homage to a bygone age by putting intense care, time and the best ingredients into their baked goods. They have an impressive selection of bread, the aroma of which pervades the entire store. In addition to bread, they offer a wide range of sweets and pastries: cookies, cakes, danishes, tortes and eclairs. There is a small seating area, and you can order coffee, sandwiches and quiche to eat on site to go. The whole place calls to mind a traditional French patisserie mixed with a boulangerie, and upholds the high standards that you would expect of such an establishment.

The entire order 3 items was not delivered yet I was charged so it was probably never picked up or more likely lost. When I chatted I got nowhere and when I called the same thing. The order was to be reviewed by higher ups I was told and they would get back to me. Guess what not response for hours. I finally cancelled the Bien Cuit order and reordered from them (having now to pay for delivery which was additional) and the delivery was actually early. Overall, terrible behavior by Mercato. It was not Bien Cuit but your incompetent system. Furthermore , I am sure that this time I have spent will not even elicit a response much less a thoughtful one.The additional money I spent on reorder I am sure will never be repaid.
