I'm often asked how I got into olive oil. The real question is how olive oil got into me. Once I experienced the fresh, vibrant, green, grassy a-ha of what extra virgin tastes like, I was hooked and would never go back to grocery store olive oil again. Olive This Olive That opened its doors in the summer of 2012 offering California grown and certified extra virgin and infused olive oils. We also have a huge selection of incredibly tasty vinegars. We believe that a few quality ingredients are all you need to make a nourishing and delicious meal.
