Parrot was great as usual, but the delivery person was clueless. He called and impatiently told us he was outside when he was two miles away. Then insisted that we were living in the wrong place. After patiently figuring out where he really was and guiding him through many wrong turns, he finally was able to make the delivery, mumbling under his breath about how “they” told him it would be easy. For most delivery people, it is.

Disappointed that we didn't receive flat water from Borsec, which we know Parrot carries. The web display showed two choices for Borsec: One labeled sparkling and the other "natural" mineral water (although the bottles did look the same). We ordered the "natural" and were disappointed to receive sparkling water.

You need to rethink your delivery system!!! Seriously! You want customers to join monthly service but a lot of stores still charge for delivery. That doesn’t make sense. Secondly, your delivery fees are exorbitant and the delivery windows are too long. I ordered from two different stores yesterday. They were both delayed and the order that had a 12 pm - 7 pm window (WOW, you expect clients to wait 7 h for the order???) was finally delivered close to 10 pm … incredible!!!! I doubt I would use your app again much less commit to subscription. That is not how you create loyalty.
