At The Confectional, we confess our love for cheesecake. We are a boutique bakery, offering exquisite, sinfully dense, baked cheesecakes and cheesecake truffles, made with Guittard chocolate and a hint of passion.
Our first storefront, located in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market, opened December 11, 2006. We have a stunning little kiosk in the Armory at Seattle Center.
All our baking and chocolate dipping is done at our Pike Place location. The middle of a big baking day smells divine! If you happen to find us making our cheesecake dips or truffles, so engaging—Destiny coined this our “chocolate theatre.”
