Our cows are raised from birth, stay on the farm, and handled in a humane way. There are no antibiotics or artificial growth hormones are given to them. Our all natural Black Angus are raised on a strict vegetarian diet of all natural feeds consisting of pasture grass, hay, and legumes. They are finished on a corn-based diet for a true corn-fed flavor. We work with small farms around New England who provide great care to their animals and the land to produce all natural products. It really makes a difference what the animals eat, how they are raised, and how they are processed. What we offer to the table is delicious and there is a real difference in texture and taste!
