I was disappointed because I had asked for them to call if there were any out of stock items and half my order was out of stock. I found out when they didn't charge me for the items but delivery was already on its way.

  Hi Michiko, I’m so sorry for the miscommunication! We did in fact try calling you as well as asked the delivery driver to give you a call. We were unable to reach you which is why we refunded the out of stock items. So sorry again! Promise to make it right the next time! Happy holidays!
