CMCindy M.2 months agoWhen I first arrived the Mercato order could not be found. Once they found it and brought it to my car, I discovered a substitution had been made for my chicken bouillon cubes. I was happy with the product I received except that it was about 1/3 the price of the item ordered. I never saw a price adjustment or any communication to me about it. When I spoke with the person at Kosher Palate, she made a satisfactory accommodation. I won't go into the latke situation as once again a satisfactory accommodation was made. So what was supposed to be a curb side pick-up (I am high risk) ended up with me having to go inside Kosher Palate twice to remedy issues. All in all the experience was not good, but I think ultimately Kosher Palate (Mark) handled the issues very well and I thank him.
