JMJennifer M. Murrieta, CA3 months agoThe store has done a great job of contacting me if something is unavailable. Most times the produce is in good condition, other times it can be a little better. My main complaint is with the Mercato app. There are still many items not listed in the app. Even if a brand is listed a particular flavor may not be an option and therefore you cannot order. It is disappointing to pay so much for a service that is still incomplete and doesn't seem to be changing after 2 years.

The app is still lacking, it does not list many of the store items and full ingredients are not listed many times. There are no options for substitutions and often times searches come up empty. The app could still use upgrades.

IRIris R. Winchester, CA1 year agoThe shopper forgot my second bag. Customer service was great with getting another shopper to deliver it. Just disappointed that I paid a $16 delivery fee yet they didn’t pay attention to whether or not they had my whole order.

Also, a few of the items that were delivered were the wrong items. It should be a simple thing to get a refund on non-delivered items but this has become a nightmare.
