My name is Ulrika Pettersson, I’m a Swede and mother of two girls living in New York for the past five years. After 15 years in design, I decided to do what I love the most - baking. I started my own bakery, making traditional Swedish cookies out of Hot Bread Kitchen in Harlem. I use my mother's and grandmother's recipes. The cookies are handmade and elegant; we use few and high quality ingredients. We do not add preservatives.
