We specialize in beef, lamb, veal, pork and chicken that is cut to order for the customer. There is a rotation of fresh cuts everyday, and we accommodate special orders in as little as 24 hours. Our store is open Monday through Saturday 12-6pm, with online ordering available Monday through Thursday. A unique experience and historical New York City gem.
