Boston Cheese Cellar is owned and run by longtime Boston resident Adam Shutes. He grew up in London, UK, and vividly remembers his trips to Covent Garden, to the neighboring Neal's Yard Dairy, and rough trade records.
His journey into cheese was a circuitous one, through drug discovery and a PhD in the biochemical sciences.
