AMAnna M. Honolulu, HI5 days agoI was missing an item, when I called to check the clerk was short and seemed very annoyed that I called and issued a refund instead of offering to bring the item. I was also given whole bean coffee instead of ground, and I don’t have a coffee grinder. Normally two things that aren’t a huge deal, but because of Covid I have to be quarantined and was depending on this order being accurate to get me through the week. What is the point of paying service fees and tip if I don’t get what I ordered?
