Owner's Lotfi Khomsi and Alex Daray had spent the last 17 years owning and operating a sign shop in Dublin. When it sold, he wanted his next steps to be towards his passion, FOOD. He started working with Brooke Hayes, owner of the Speckled Hen Farm and The Cluckwagon Food Truck. In that time he learned the in’s and out’s of the industry. He was hooked immediately, loving the energy, the food culture of Columbus and the positive feedback from customers.
