    I love Ray's. This was a bad experience and I probably will not use this service again. I ordered and my order was suppose to be ready between noon and 1 pm. The app showed my order was ready. We went in at 1 pm and it had not been shopped yet. We went back and sat in the parking lot and 39 minutes later called. They said my order was still being shopped. I told them they should not offer this if they cannot keep a schedule and I should hav just come in an bought the groceries in person. The woman on the phone rudely told me that I should have. About 10 mins later a young man came into the parking lot with a basket with my groceries. He told me he had just shopped them. I will continue shopping at Ray's but this was a really bad experience trying out this service for convenience.
