    Lost my order, marked on website as delivered and it was never completed or delivered. Now I'm on hold on the phone to try to resolve. I'm seriously thinking of going 36 miles RT to Fred Meyer because they never make a mistake and are fast, whereas Ray's makes a mistake with every order and takes 10-20 minutes to bring it out. Nice people, but inefficient management.

    Not all items in the store are listed. Either that or the search terms are so obscure as to make things impossible to find. That being said, great for basics. I usually go to the store half hour before pick up and get the stuff I couldn't find via the app
