Seed + Mill is the first US store solely dedicated to all things sesame. We only use the highest quality Ethiopian seeds and roast them at perfectly precise temperatures to maximize flavor and nutrition before milling the seeds into a creamy tahini.
Besides tahini we offer a variety of delicious halva flavors, from traditional flavors like pistachio and marble to more unique flavors like white chocolate raspberry and sea salt dark chocolate. We have also created a tahini goat milk ice-cream, which goes great with halva crumbles as a topping!
Seed + Mill is a women-owned business, founded from a passion for food, cooking and high quality, healthy ingredients. Inspired to create something unique, we experimented with version after version of halva and tahini recipes, dreaming up surprising combinations of these traditional foods.
