Freshly shucked local oysters filled w/ a mixture of bacon, shallots, garlic, butter, kale, breadcrumbs & red chili flakes.
Cooking Instructions:
Broil – Place tray with oysters under broiler, ideally 10” away from heat source. Broil for 2 minutes.
Bake – Place tray with oysters in a pre-heated 400 degree oven, and cook for 6-7 minutes.
