The housemade Pea filled Ravioli, or Ravioli di Piselli, are daily made from our Eatalians Pastai, or pasta makers. These fresh Ravioli are made with a few simple ingredients but carefully selected such as peas, ricotta and Grana Padano DOP.
A delicious and original first course that both kids and adults love!
Cook the Ravioli in a pot with salty water for about 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, slowly melt the butter over low-medium heat and add sage. Once the butter is completely melted, add the drained pasta to the sauce pan and gently toss to coat them well.
Another recipe is to add in a saucepan a tomato based-sauce and once the sauce is warm add the cooked Ravioli.
Grate Parmigiano Reggiano DOP or Grana Padano DOP on the Pea Ravioli, serve and enjoy!
