The pasta is also bronze extruded, which gives the artisanal pasta a rough texture that better absorbs the sauce.
Pappardelle are large, flat pasta, similar to wide Fettuccine. The name derives from the verb pappare, to gobble up.

Ingredients: Organic Corn Flour 99,5%, Organic turmeric 0,5%.
Directions: add Germinal Bio pasta to the boiling salty water in the pot and reduce heat to create a low boil. Cook for 4-6 minutes until al dente texture. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of the cooking water. Transfer the pasta to the pan where you have your sauce. Toss vigorously over medium heat until combined.If the pasta looks dry, add a small amount of the cooking water, and toss until it looks moist. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.
