Talluto's makes our own fresh Burrata cheese. Burrata is a specialty originating in Italy's Puglia region. It is a ball of homemade mozzarella that is filled with fresh cream and cheese curds. A sweet and delicate cheese that pairs well with crusty Italian bread, marinated vegetables, olives, cured meats, fruit preserves, etc.
