Ingredients: Pork butt, pork fat, pork liver, pancetta, bacon, salt, pepper, curing salt, cream, eggs, sherry, red wine, brandy, port, pâté spice, garlic, shallot, parsley, thyme, oregano, black peppercorns, jambon de paris, wrapped in caul fat.
