A half lb package of thickly sliced Jamón Serrano aged on the bone, which requires a longer curing period, and results in a greater depth of the savory and nutty flavors. This Serrano is an amazing treat on its own (never trim the fat!) or alongside Manchego cheese, Marcona almonds and Membrillo.
