A special product of Spain, these almonds are more rounded and plump than common California varieties. They have a softer and somewhat "wet" texture, similar to macadamia nuts and have a sweeter, more delicate taste closer to the flavor associated with almond extract.
Exquisite on their own, as part of a cheese plate or incorporated in salads, deserts and baked goods.
