The 'Essenza' Peranzana from Muraglia is made exclusively with Peranzana olives grown in Puglia.
The aroma is medium fruity with notes of tomato, radish, and strong sensations of artichoke. The color appears golden yellow with shining green reflexes.
On the palate, it fully confirms the fresh, herbaceous, and fruity olfactory notes without exceeding in bitter and spicy tones.

Olive Varieties: 100% Peranzana.

Pairing ideas: bread, tuna, swordfish, grilled meats, potatoes, vegetables, salads, tomatoes and sauces.

Company History:
Five generations ago Antico Frantoio Muraglia started to produce extra virgin olive oil in Andria, in the Southern region of Puglia. Muraglia protects the Puglia biodiversity, landscape, and olive trees such as Coratina and Peranzana trees. They continue to harvest the olives with their hands and to squeeze them cold in the ancient stone mill.
