We are always looking for sweet accompaniments for our cheeses, and cherries are always on the top of our list. Not only are they loaded with antioxidants and fiber, but they taste great when put out on a cheese board with a couple of aged sheep's milk cheeses. Something like Pyrenees Brebis begs for a handful of these tart little cherries, along with a handful of walnuts.
