Boneless thin slices of fresh pork shoulder marinated in our wonderful Al Pastor Marinade. Its ready for your grill. Try grilling on Medium/Low heat until a slight char develops turning frequently, along side the meat grill some fresh Pineapple slices until caramelized. Then chop the cooked meat with the pineapple and place in a oven safe dish, covered into a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-60 mins. Now you're ready for tacos.
