Red Clover Herb Blossoms are used to reduce the pain associated with menstrual periods, and to reduce the severity and frequency of hot flashes during menopause. It promotes healing of skin wounds and conditions like psoriasis and is also thought to possibly reduce the risk of heart disease. For tea, scoop 1/4 to 1/2 tsp in hot water, twice a day. Should not be taken by pregnant or nursing women.
